A two-day, hands-on regenerative training focused on the shoulder, elbow, and wrist, built for immediate clinical implementation. You’ll choose your track (Level 1 or Level 2) and rotate through expert instruction, live demos, and high-rep lab time so you can leave with repeatable protocols—not just theory.

Two Track Options – Choose the level that matches your experience:

🔹 Level 1 – Foundational Skills

• Practical upper-extremity injection foundations with high-yield palpation + introductory ultrasound guidance

• Perineural superficial nerve injections for common UE pain generators

• Structured shoulder / elbow / wrist injection reviews (what to treat, how to treat, and when)

• Live patient demos + skill labs to convert learning into real confidence

🔹 Level 2 – Advanced Ultrasound-Guided & Specialty Procedures

• Advanced shoulder procedures (higher precision targeting + complex case decision-making)

• Advanced elbow/wrist procedures including TFCC and first CMC

• Ultrasound-guided nerve hydrodissections (elbow → wrist) for entrapment and stubborn cases

• Advanced biologics integration and higher-level sequencing for surgery-avoiding care

Thursday Optional Intensives – Limited Enrollment

An add-on day for deeper training and better whole-patient outcomes—ideal for providers who want an “optimization layer” that strengthens procedural results.

• Scapular Tendon Aponeurotic Enthesopathies: Tension Headache, Neck & Shoulder Pain – M. Joshua Haber, MD

  Common presentations of headache include musculoskeletal-generated tension headaches secondary to scapular protracted, forward-head posture frequently seen with activities such as driving, looking down at a cell phone or laptop, and arm-forward work activities. Therefore, many individuals are at risk for developing this clinical syndrome. Other frequently encountered clinical manifestations related to this presentation include neck pain, shoulder pain, and diffuse non-dermatomal upper arm pain. TOPICS COVERED

• Shockwave Integration for Upper Extremity Pain, Dysfunction & Degeneration – Terrence Keller, PA-C

  A practical, evidence- aligned framework to integrate shockwave as a first- line or adjunct modality for shoulder, elbow, and wrist care. Identify candidates, apply specific protocols, and combine with ultrasound- guided.

Sunday Optional Advanced Intensives – Limited Enrollment

A capstone day designed for advanced clinical integration—tightening diagnosis, sequencing, and outcome optimization for complex UE cases.

• BMAC Harvest & Advanced MFAT Injections – Eric Phillipi, MD

  Develop practical skills in ultrasound-guided bone marrow aspiration through a combination of anatomical review, procedural instruction, and hands-on training. This course emphasizes proper patient positioning, sterile technique, optimal ultrasound probe placement, and real-world application to help practitioners perform bone marrow aspirations safely and effectively.
